Tremletts Bitter (Cider Bittersweet)

Prolific, reliable cider bittersweet.

Ribston Pippin (Cider Sweet, Dessert)

Good multi-purpose variety that can be used for cider, juice, cooking and eating.  Yellow, green, gold striped red and flushed brown orange with an intense rich flavour.

Tom Putt (Sharp Cider)

Good sharp cider apple, also good for cooking and as a sharp eater.  Striped red and green fruits.

Cider sweet - low tannin cider sweet from Somerset.

Striped red and green fruits. Sharp but sweet when cooked. Good late eater, cider and cooking variety. Cooks to purée. Heavy cropper.

Brown's Apple (Sharp Cider, Cooker, Eater, Juice)

A good cropping sharp cider apple, also makes a nice sharp eater or cooker.  Great for juice as well.

Adam's Permain (Dessert)

Victorian dessert apple. Very late apple. Firm texture. Medium orange fruit with red flush. Excellent, nutty flavour.

Laxton's Fortune (Dessert)

A great dessert apple.  Cox-like in flavour but easier to grow.

Bramley Original (Cooking)

A famous cooking apple.  Great grower and cropper with excellent cooking fruit.
