Clapp’s Favourite  Dessert, Cooking Dessert and cooking pear.  Oval fruit, medium to large.  Pale yellow red flushed and streakes.  Smoothe skin, crisp sweet juicy.  Hardy variety, prolific cropper.  Mid Early
