A single variety cider made from Kingston Black apples harvested from a row of old trees in Herefordshire, fermented and cellared in the Cambrian Mountains. On the nose, cinnamon, vanilla and buttered toast. On the palate, tropical fruit acidity and a complex tannic backbone.
