Welsh Mountain Cider is made from 100% fresh juice, naturally fermented and cellar aged. All of our ciders are live and unpasteurized with no added sulphites. Our cider is made from carefully selected varieties of sweet, bittersweet and sharp apples, which are pressed and allowed to naturally ferment slowly over the winter with their own natural yeasts. The cider is left to mature for between 6 months and two years, and is then bottled unfiltered and unpasteurized, and without added sulphites.
