A lightly sparkling cider made from Somerset Redstreak and Brown's Apple.
This cider was pressed in 2020 and bottled young to allow the residual sugar to ferment in the bottle creating a light effervescence.
The acidity from the Brown's Apple and the light natural carbonation compliment the soft tannins of the Somerset Redstreak creating a beautifully balanced cider.
Vanilla rum sweetness on the nose with notes of apricot, juniper, jasmine and cedar.
